Okay, but I don’t like how… I look. So you tell me to do videos, you tell me to get podcast interviews, you tell me to do more speaking, but I don’t like how I look… And some of you watching this might have that same thought, it may be unspoken, but you might have that same thought in this space of working with people in their personal brands and encouraging them to get visibility.

Here’s what I know in particular for professional service providers, people are doing and want to do business with you, you’re a therapist an accountant, real estate agent, life coach, grief recovery counselor, they are working and they’re wanting to work with you and know you and so sometimes we put a lot of whatever baggage, whatever hindrances up in front of us because we have this fear of visibility that I don’t add up to this or I don’t like how this looks.

Listen, I am 5′ 11 with no heels, this is a size four x sweater, so I’m a tall big sister and I want to encourage you to show up and take up space if you need to throw some lashes on and have your makeup done, do it! But what I don’t want you to do is to have any fear holding you back of what you’re thinking either you’re comparing or maybe adding up or saying, I don’t like whatever I want you to know and I want to encourage you that your customers are looking for the transformational services you have, they need the frameworks that you offer, they need the solutions that you offer and I just don’t want you to get caught up in maybe your mindset of I don’t like how I look, I don’t like how I sound, I don’t like how I whatever.

Let’s all work to improve and maybe squash some of those and lessen some of those fears and maybe put the focus back on the clients because they’re really really ready to work with you. They’re willing to work with you. So, and you are amazing. You are, you are beautiful, gorgeous, handsome, amazing. Have a great day.
